Hello, I’m Kathryn.. a millennial mum from Melbourne, Australia, and the heart behind The Luminary Letters Club.

Like so many parents, I wanted to raise my son in a world filled with kindness, wonder and imagination. I found myself longing for slower moments and the simple magic I remembered from childhood, the excitement of checking the letterbox, finding something addressed just to me, and becoming completely lost in a story.

Then my son came along and I began creating magical worlds and gentle stories for him. Places where kindness mattered, courage could be found in small moments, and big feelings were met with understanding. What began as stories written for one little boy slowly grew into something I wanted to share with other families.

And so, The Luminary Letters Club was born.

Each month, children receive a beautiful welcoming letter and story that invites them into the enchanting world of the Luminary Keepers. A place where friendship, empathy, courage and curiosity light the way. Through storytelling, activities and imagination, my hope is to help children explore emotions and create meaningful moments with the people who love them most.

In a world that moves so quickly, I hope these letters bring back a little of the magic of childhood.. one envelope, one story, and one small moment of wonder at a time.
